UPSC uploads hallticket aka “maut ka paigaam” for CSAT Prelims-2015 IAS/IPS examination

UPSC uploads halltickets for civil services preliminary exam 2015 to be held on 23^rd August 2015, Sunday. Click me to Download

1. DONOT Misplace your registration id / roll number. BETTER write it in wall-calendar, save PDF in google drive, mail a copy to friend and like that save at 4-5 other places.
2. For repetitive downloads, server may block you. in that case- mail to web-upsc@nic.in THAT’s why I Request you NOT to request other people to download your card by posting your registration id / DOB details in comment section.
3. Link won’t work if using non-Chrome / Non-Firefox / Mobile browsers. Clear cache and cookies by pressing ctrl+shift+del key and enable javascripts.
4. if hall ticket not opening, may be your name is in the ‘fictitious payment’ list. Click me although no point because last date to appeal is over on 10^th July 2015.
5. If Admit card doesn’t contain clear photograph, then MUST bring a photo identity proof viz. Adhar Card, Driving Licence, Passport,Voter I Card etc. and two passport size photographs one for each session for appearing in the examination with an undertaking.
6. UPSC Attempt counted ONLY if you appear in the exam hall. IT is not counted when you apply, it is not counted when you download hallticket.
7. IF you had applied multiple times, then use highest registration number to download latest ticket (e.g. 421>420)
8. Must tick answers by BLACK Ballpoint pen.
9. PH-candidates will need separate admit card for their scribe.
10. If any discrepancies in name, photo, signature – immediately bring it to notice of UPSC.
11. Whenever contacting UPSC, mention your Name, Roll Number, Registration ID and Name & Year of the Examination (i.e. CSE-2015).

14. Come to centre, 20 minutes before exam. No entry 10 minutes after exam starts.
15. Candidates should note that any omission / mistake / discrepancy in encoding / filling in details in the OMR answer sheet, especially with regard to Roll Number and Test Booklet Series Code, will render the answer sheet liable for rejection.
16. Don’t bring Mobile Phones, Calculators, IT Gadgets; Don’t bring valuable items in exam, safe-custody not guaranteed.
